It is your sole responsibility to select the appropriate care for yourself or your loved one. We work with both you and the Participating Communities in your search. We do not permit our Advisors to have an ownership interest in Participating Communities.

You are here accusing this institution of care of negligence.
Did you accuse them of negligence as regards your husband's care?
Because do know that an adversarial relationship with a facility may result in a refusal to admit or readmit?
Your husband has been EIGHT YEARS IN CARE. That says something, does it not?
You tell us NOTHING about yourselves. Not even his age.
But I am guessing that after 8 years this ill your husband is prone to all SORTS of issues, everything from skin breakdown to UTIs to pneumonias. His care must be very difficult. And the human body this under the constant onslaught of illness will eventually, no matter WHAT, give up, give out, give in to the ravages of time and of illness.
EIGHT years in are is an enormous amount of time. Unless you started out rich as Elon Musk, this care was not all provided by your own savings. So there is in place a system that has attempted to act for your husband over time the best they could, and you have done the best you can, and your hubby has done the best he can, and doctors have done the best they can in a VERY IMPERFECT life.
I am sorry. I am dreadfully sorry for your husband. And I am sorry for you. And for all involved.
But there is more to this than what you have written. More sides. I am in no way saying you are wrong and anyone else is right. I am simply saying that in this imperfect world of life/death health/illness there are very very few perfect circumstances.
I truly wish you the very best of luck.
