Just wondering if this is another one that sounds too horrible to be true. Council oversight of occupation if in the USA? ‘Help me’ with 3 compound spinal fractures - presumably medically diagnosed?

This isn't a site that sends out rescue, but rather a bunch of caregivers from all over the world, and I would bet not one of us in your own area.
Call your local Council on Aging. If you have none visit senior centers. Contact your doctor. Contact shelters in your area. Contact APS in your area.

We cannot know your assets, your income, your ability to reach out for help but if all else fails reach out the the Police or local Sheriff and Firefighters in your area (those who helped with the blaze that took your home. You are young still, relatively speaking--just over my daughter's age. She's almost 63. I believe with some help you can get back on your feet even if only to start out living in a room for rent in the home of someone else.

I am very sorry, but you need help in your own area. Visit Faith-based communities. Simply reach out to anyone and anything you can imagine for help. So sorry this is happening to you. I see you have access to internet. That is coming from your local library? That may be another source for you to ask about places to reach out for help.

If in the United States, you should apply for Medicaid with your state and then section 8 housing.

Maybe contact habitat for humanity.

I doubt anyone is going to be able to bear the cost of rebuilding you a house that is up to code.

Did You have insurance on your property? If so they should pay for accommodations while paying to rebuild the house. If not, I would sell the property as is and then get on a section 8 waitlist.

Was your home insured? Has there been a payout? Is the land your own and is it saleable and valuable? Do you have other income?

Organising any rebuild is going to be very difficult for you. It is not a task for a 'helper'. Have you considered realising the value of what assets you have, and looking for another place to live? If you can cope for a while, getting on a waiting list for low income housing could be a better option.

You need to contact your County Social Services or Adult Protection services. For now one of them can at least set you up in a motel. Then help you from there. There are zoning laws that have to be considered when rebuilding. Get your story out there and maybe a contractor will help you.

Use your insurance money from the fire to purchase another property or rent an apartment.
