You might want to provide more information.
How much help do the parents need?
How much help does the 47 year old need?
Is there a history of violence?
Do either of the parents have medical issues?

You may have to call around and ask. (Or contact A Place For Mom and let them guide the search)
Generally the possible problem might be is the 47 year old not being a "senior" .

It might be better looking for a Group Home or "Board and Care" home that would take all 3.
Has there been a thought or plan as to what will happen to the 47 year old (and this is not a "child") when 1 or both parents die or become incapacitated? Possibly looking for a Group home for the 47 year old would be a plan.

Keep in mind that if an Independent Living facility can be located the monthly fee for 3 adults would probably be very high possibly close to $12000 per month for 3 people. It might be less expensive to hire a caregiver and if they own the home adapting it to meet their needs.

I would be looking for separate, supportive accommodation for the 47 year old. Do they have a social worker or case manager?

I so hope that these seniors have set up services for the 47 yr old. I agree with Barb, it may be time to place the 47 yr old in a facility for Autistic adults. I have a nephew with disabilities I was able to get into a State program. He can live on his own but he has a Coordinator who oversees him. I need to do very little now. I went thru my County Disabilities Dept.

This is something you should call around and explore in your own area. Care opportunities will be listed under LTC. Then up to you to communicate your needs and see if they can be accommodated. I would think this would be quite expensive care.
