She has cops and other health issues.

People who have a toilet seat bidet attachment sing their praises, that seems like a good option for you to explore.

We installed a pidee it washes and dries the behind. It does on top of your toilette. Not hard to install even for a layperson. Best thing ever. TOTO is our brand. Be sure the remote is not attached, it might be hard for mom to reach. A seperate remote is ideal. My husband is home bound and this was godsent. Please try it, I tell you it works. I kind of wish we had it on all our toilettes, but for now its in his bathroom and serves him well.

We're all talking about the same thing! The word is spelled, "Bidet," but it's French and pronounced, "beeday." Someone talking with you is putting "p" sound at the beginning instead of a "b" sound.

Does she toilet herself? Is there a reason she can't reach? If you are an aide, then you should be helping her. Regular toilet paper and then follow up with a wipe. I use Hughies, thicker and bigger than those woman wipes.

Hi Catmatray.
Such an interesting collection of answers! I think it is because your question is not clear. Are you asking if there are products that can help with the task? Or by "get anything" do you mean that you should be paid? A few more details would help.

A lot depends on her physical and mental capabilities. If both are present, witch hazel wipes or a bidet are often helpful. If she’s not capable on her own, she will need a caregiver to help with this

Catmatray: Try a bidet or Cottenelle wipes; bear in mind that although they say that they're flushable, they can clog up a toilet so they should be placed in a trash bin with a lid.

there are the handheld bottles that are like handheld bidet. I ordered a pair from Amazon and the ad read that this item is generally used by women after giving birth to soothe their bums

You can see by many replies, the bidet is your answer. Take our word for it. It even has helped my husband no longer getting pressure marks, because it circulates the area of the skin. Good luck, let us know if it helped.
